Surrender (Stage Three )
Purpose:
- To strengthen the Discriminative Intellect
- To attune to the flow of Prana
- To surrender into the flow of Prana
Process:
Uninterrupted awareness is concentrated in the flow of Prana within the body.
Principles:
- Slow motion movement is engaged as posture is released.
- The body's subtlest natural urges for movement are heard, allowed and followed.
- Form and structure are released as the body is surrendered to the movement of Prana from deep within.
- Mental judgements and limitations are released and subside as Prana becomes the primary force of each unfolding moment.
