Surrender (Stage Three )

Purpose:

  1. To strengthen the Discriminative Intellect
  2. To attune to the flow of Prana
  3. To surrender into the flow of Prana

Process:  
Uninterrupted awareness is concentrated in the flow of Prana within the body.

Principles:

  • Slow motion movement is engaged as posture is released.
  • The body's subtlest natural urges for movement are heard, allowed and followed.
  • Form and structure are released as the body is surrendered to the movement of Prana from deep within.
  • Mental judgements and limitations are released and subside as Prana becomes the primary force of each unfolding moment.
