Meditation in Motion

Mediation in Motion Yoga is a gentle, yet profound class to draw one to consciously go deeper into their yoga practice. Beginning with Pranayama (prana breath control), this 6 week session will gradually increase in intensity to stimulate the body, mind, spirit connection and demonstrate the positive effects of what yoga really is, Mediation in Motion. You will learn a variety of mindful mediation techniques which will have a beneficial effect upon your overall well-being. This class is for all levels.
